Main Content and Source of Data

Data in this chapter cover mainly the basic conditions of the development of transport, post and telecommunications in Fujian Province, including the basic conditions of transport, the freight traffic and passenger traffic accomplished by various means, major financial indices of related enterprises, cargo handled at principal sea ports and the basic conditions of post and telecommunication services.

Data on railways transportation come from the Fuzhou Bureau of the Railway. Data on highways come from the Bureau of the Transportation. Data on the civil aviation transport come from the Bureau of Fujian Aviation Administration. Data on telecommunication services come from the Telecommunication Bureau. Data on post are provided by the Post Bureau.

Data in this chapter are compiled and provided by the Division of Investment and Construction Statistics of Fujian Provincial Bureau of Statistics.
